My goal is to walk 15kms per week. This will be dependent on the health of my feet 🤔.  Slow to start then hopefully pick up as time moves on with a catch up on kms.

I have some video footage to add here but am having trouble working out how to upload it...... some help needed please😌
It really isn't that remarkable - pfftt - you can walk up up up hill for .15km and down again in 44mins - I really do doubt the validity of the stats but have no others so Google Fit/Samsung Health it is.
Now I can't even get photos to upload correctly.  Frustrated with technology +++

Daily goals increased

Thursday 11th Apr
We're into the second week of April and my steps have been consistently rising.  So, my new daily goal is to do 10,000 steps.
For the first time in my life I acknowledge that I feel better for having consistent exercise in my day! Life is good.

Week 4 into the Walk to New York

Tuesday 2nd Apr
Yay!  I have finally found out how to add my activity.  It is currently showing the weekly average for previous weeks, as I couldn't locate a breakdown into kms and times.  After manually adding all of March I have found a journal in Google fit that shows these  and ask for your patience, it will be updated in the next day or so.

Tuesday 19th Mar
Pedometers are all synching!! Seems I just had to persist with telling the program to do so. 
Today I walked up and back to my physio and managed over 10,000 steps!!! 🏃‍♀️ He tells me that sustainability is the goal and has added in some stretches and exercises on top of the walks - atm twice a week. As if I'm not already challenged  🥵  BUT this is the most motivated I have been in a long while 😉 so stay tuned. He is going to sponsor my walk too 💃💃

What a nightmare! 
Previously, I invested in a Braun Smartwatch from Aldi which uses the FitCloudPro app and can sync with my Samsung Health app on my mobile phone.
This programme uses an app called StepUp and syncs with Google Fit. 
Google Fit tallies with Samsung Health but StepUp count is lower. 
Need help 🙏 please.

Daily walking

Monday 18th Mar
This has been a challenge but one I've needed to do!
It takes a lot for me to focus on getting out the door, and to date, my first week, has been successful. 
The weather has been warm to hot. Walking in 30° heat becomes uncomfortable, so I need to choose cooler times of the day - more to focus on.
